Functional Fitness Classes:

Monday-Friday: 5:30am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm and 6:30pm (M-Th)

Saturday: 8am

Boot Camp Classes:

Monday-Friday: Noon

Functional Fitness

Our group classes help you build strength, coordination and speed. The workouts incorporate powerlifting, olympic weightlifting, cardio, gymnastics and bodyweight movements with thoughtful programming to keep you healthy and help you continue to grow in the gym.

Bootcamp

Here we utilize cardio intervals, HIIT-style workouts and circuit training to keep you fit for your everyday life. If you love cardio and steady moving, this is the class for you! Our bootcamp classes rely primarily on dumbbells, kettlebells and other instruments to give you a good sweat.
